The Unruly Viking is an original 3D animation concept developed from the ground up. We created the character's visual identity, personality, world, atmosphere and narrative direction - from early concept exploration through to cinematic environment building.
The project combines expressive character development with a tactile Nordic visual world, designed to feel wild, humorous, cinematic and unmistakably its own. It demonstrates how we turn a loose creative idea into a complete visual universe with character, story and production potential.
